Our blogger for day 19 is Benny Skov, International Client Manager, LRQA Denmark. Benny joined LRQA in 1997 as Lead Assessor and moved on as Sales and Marketing Manager for LRQA Denmark focusing on implementing the LRQA Business Assurance concept.
Our blogger for day 18 and day three is Martin Brown. Martin's background is in the health and safety manufacturing industry. He has been with LRQA for 8 years and is currently the Vice-President, Management Systems, Americas. Martin works with LRQA's global food clients to help ensure that their food safety management systems are delivering results.
Our day 17 and day seven blogger is Alex Briggs. Alex is the editor for http://www.businessassurance.com/ , LRQA's community website for management systems professionals. He is also the Marketing Communications Manager for LRQA.

Luiz has been with the Lloyd’s Register Group since 1975. He joined LRQA in 1991 and was named Sao Paulo Business Centre Manager in 2007.

Richard has an MBA and was educated in Australia. He also has spent more than 5 years of his career in Asia with SMEs and multinational corporations. He is now based in Hong Kong.
Our blogger for day 14, day nine, day six and day three is Cor Groenveld. Cor is the chairman for the Foundation for Food Safety Certification, the owners of FSSC 22000. He is LRQA's leading food safety expert and recognised as one of the world's leaders in food management systems.
Our blogger for day eleven and day five is Robert DuPuy, Vice-President of Sales and Training for LRQA USA. Robert joined LRQA in 2007. Robert has brought a revolutionary approach to the certification industry, with his insight and extensive IT experience helping shape Business Assurance in the USA.
Day Ten's blogger is Ronald de Kok. Ronald's experience is mainly in the aerospace, sustainability and high tech industries. Ronald joined the Lloyd's Register Group in 2003 . He switched to LRQA in 2005 as Business Development Manager for Europe, Middle East and Africa. This involves dealing with many of LRQA global clients and responding to their current and future needs across many sectors, including food.
Our blogger for day eight and day four is Vel Pillay. Vel is the Food Safety Programme Manager for LRQA - the Americas. He has over 15 years of experience in the food sector managing both R&D and food safety. He has also worked for the FDA, Canada. Vel is a qualified Lead Assessor, a trainer for FSSC 22000.

Our blogger for day two is Andrew Smith, Senior Vice-President, LRQA Americas. Andrew has over 20 years of international experience in undertaking safety management systems assignments. He is a recognised authority on the application of Quantified Risk Assessment and formulation and review of Safety Management Systems.
He joined the Lloyd's Register Group in 2001. In 2006, he was promoted to his current role of Senior Vice-President for the Group's management systems business in the Americas.
Our blogger for Day 1 is Mike James, Managing Director for LRQA. Mike joined LRQA in 1992 initially being responsible for marketing and planning of LRQA’s operations throughout the international network.
In 1996, he was appointed General Manager of LRQA UK, and in 2000 also became responsible for Lloyds Register UK Industry and Lloyds Register Inspection.
In 2006, he became Vice President for EMEA, and is directly responsible for managing LRQA’s regional operations.
Mike was named Managing Director of LRQA in 2008.
